(24"x36"), provided by sponsor, will be displayed at event.
- Company Name will be
announced during opening ceremony of Relay.
- Company Name announced five
(5) times during the event.
- Recognition at Relay Kickoff
event.

Event Sponsor in Walk Talk monthly newsletter
distributed to all team captains and participants
(circulation 1 ,500).

free team registration.

In-Kind Donations
We are in need of many
donations for our Relay For Life events. We rely on donations
to help keep our expenses down. The list below is what most
Relay events need. Each Relay will be different and donations
of any kind are greatly appreciated.
- Catering for concession area
(ie: hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, soda)
- Breakfast items (ie: orange
juice, bagels, coffee, donuts, milk)
- Entertainment and
Decorations (ie: kids area, DJ/Band services, activities on
stage, balloon arch over track)
- Pizza (80-100 needed at
midnight)
*The value of your in-kind
gift will receive the benefits of the corresponding
sponsorship level
